Addi got a new LeapPad for Christmas.  The battery compartment latch broke off so I had to call the company.  They said they would send us a new one but I had to "deface" ours by writing a number across the screen in permanent marker and sending them a pic.  Hmmmm.....dry erase looks just like Sharpie! ;)
